We invite submissions of research papers and speaker proposals from academics, researchers, entrepreneurs, NGOs, and professionals working across disciplines that intersect with the blue economy.

Themes of interest include (but are not limited to):

• Sustainable fisheries and aquaculture
• Maritime transport and decarbonization
• Coastal resilience and climate adaptation
• Marine biodiversity and ecosystem services
• Blue finance and investment
• Circular economy approaches in marine industries
• Ocean data, innovation, and digitalisation
• Policy, governance, and equity in the blue economy

Submission Guidelines:

– Research papers should include a title, abstract (max 300 words), and author details.

– Speaker proposals should outline the proposed topic, relevance, and speaker biography.

• Deadline for submissions: 18 July 2025 

• Notification of acceptance: 25 July 2025
