The International Green Trade & Commerce Association (IGTCA) is proud to support the IV International Education & Sustainability Gala, which will take place on 27 November 2026 at The Caledonian Club, London. This year’s Gala will pay tribute to H.E. Ambassador Iván Romero-Martínez, Ambassador of the Republic of Honduras to the United Kingdom and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps in London, in recognition of his exceptional contribution to diplomacy, international cooperation and public service.
Throughout a distinguished diplomatic career spanning more than five decades, Ambassador Romero-Martínez has served Honduras across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East, while representing his country before the United Nations and the European Union. His leadership and lifelong commitment to multilateral cooperation have made him one of the most respected members of the diplomatic community in London.
As a strategic partner of the Gala, the IGTCA is pleased to support an initiative that recognises outstanding international leadership while investing in the next generation. Part of the funds raised during the evening will finance academic scholarships for Honduran students and professionals, reinforcing the shared belief that education is one of the most powerful drivers of sustainable economic development, international cooperation and social progress.
